  • Audit Manager - Audit Department

     

    Key elements of the job will involve:

    • In charge of audit engagement team, including audit planning, budgeting and team performance
    • Participate in projects and review audit engagements
    • Build and maintain good relationship with clients, provide professional advices
    • Lead, coach and develop team members

     

    Desired skills and experience:

    • Degree holder major in Accounting
    • At least 6 years working experience in CPA firm and which 3 years at managerial level
    • Strong technical knowledge, expertise in any specialized area (Tax investigation, Liquidation, IPO, M&A, Due Diligence)
    • Qualified members of HKICPA
    • Self-initiative, cheerful, customer-oriented and possess excellent client skills
    • Good command of English, Chinese and Putonghua
    • Proficiency in MS Office, Chinese Words processing
    • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Audit Supervisor

  • Auditor/ Senior Auditor - Audit Department

     

    Key elements of the job will involve:

    • Support Partners and supervisors in engagement, including prepare audit schedules, financial statements and tax computation
    • Deliver professional and effective client management
    • Use technology to continually learn, share knowledge with team members in due diligence, M&A, Tax Investigation areas.
    • Occasional travelling is required

     

    Desired skills and experience:

    • Degree holder major in accounting or equivalent
    • 2-6 years working experience in a public accounting firm
    • Qualified member of HKICPA or other relevant qualification is an advantage
    • Good command of English, Chinese and Putonghua
    • Proactive with positive attitude and good interpersonal and communication skills
    • Able to work under pressure and independently; Self-motivated and good team work

  • Senior Officer, Corporate Services - Company Secretarial Services Department

     

    Key elements of the job will involve:

    • Perform full range of company secretarial duties to ensure compliance with Companies Ordinance and other regulatory rules
    • Liaise and filing with the Companies Registry and Inland Revenue Department
    • Liaise with internal and external parties for company formation, maintain and handle full set of company statutory records for Hong Kong and offshore companies
    • Assist in the incorporation / deregistration of companies and bank account opening
    • Review tasks to ensure timely completion and accuracy
    • Perform ad-hoc project and assignment

     

    Desired skills and experience:

    • 3-6 years company secretarial experience
    • Experience in CPA Firm or Business Consultants is an advantage
    • Holder of Higher Diploma in Corporate Governance or equivalent is an advantage
    • Self-initiative, cheerful, customer-oriented and possess excellent client skills
    • Good command of English, Chinese and Putonghua
    • Proficiency in MS Office, Chinese Words processing
    • Membership of ICSA/HKICS will definitely an advantage
    • More experienced candidate will be considered as Supervisory grading
