    Key elements of the job will involve:

    • Discovering and exploring opportunities, locating/proposing potential business deals (candidate with established network is in definite advantage)
    • Reaching KPI targets for revenue generated and client communications activities

    • Delivering excellent customer services to existing and new clients

    Desired skills and experience:

    • 2-4 years of experience in corporate client development and management
    • Strong consultative sales, negotiation and influencing skills in a professional services or equivalent environment
    • Proven to be diligent, persistent and resilient in reaching out to new prospects and engaging with existing business partners
    • Very good oral and written, in both English and Chinese (fluent in Putonghua is an advantage) communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills and a motivation for sales
    • Accounting background is an advantage but not a must

    • Provide guidance/expertise and participate in the performance of audit procedures, especially focusing on complex and/or specialized issues.
    • Support the planning, execution and delivery of assurance engagements
    • Develop and maintain productive working relationships with client personnel
    • Assist Partners to complete ad hoc projects such as due diligence reviews, merger and acquisition deals, tax investigation, etc.
    • Use technology to continually learn, share knowledge with team members, and enhance service delivery.
    • Occasional travelling is required

     

    Desired skills and experience:

    • Degree holder major in accounting or equivalent
    • 2-4 years working experience in a public accounting firm
    • Qualified member of HKICPA or other relevant qualification is an advantage
    • Good written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua)
    • Proactive with positive attitude and good interpersonal and communication skills
    • Proven initiative, hardworking and able to work under pressure; Self-motivated and able to work independent

    Job Description:

    • Prepare audit schedule, financial statements, tax computation and reports;
    • Take a project leader role to provide a wide range of corporate finance services to clients including IPO, Listing Rules and/or Takeovers Code related transactions and capital raising exercises;
    • Assist in any ad-hoc assignments when necessary.

     

    Job Requirements:

  • Senior Company Secretary - Corporate Services Department

    Key elements of the job will involve:

    • Perform full range of company secretarial duties to ensure compliance with Companies Ordinance and other regulatory rules
    • Liaise and filing with the Companies Registry and Inland Revenue Department
    • Liaise with internal and external parties for company formation, maintain and handle full set of company statutory records for Hong Kong and offshore companies
    • Assist in the incorporation / deregistration of companies and bank account opening
