Appointment of Liquidators of The Motley Fool Hong Kong Limited

CHENG Faat Ting Gary and CHOW Yiu Tai both of Gary Cheng CPA Limited have been appointed as the joint and several liquidators of True Health and Beauty (Central) Limited (in Creditors’ Voluntary Liquidation) (the “Company”) by virtue of an Ordinary Resolutions of the Company passed by written resolutions signed by the sole member on 13 May 2022.

Such appointment was confirmed at a subsequent meeting of creditors of the Company held on the same day.
