Appointments of Liquidators of Starlet Provisions Company Limited and Sing Kee Transportation Company Limited

CHENG Faat Ting Gary and CHOW Yiu Tai both of Gary Cheng CPA Limited have been appointed as the joint and several liquidators of Starlet Provisions Company Limited (in Creditors’ Voluntary Liquidation) and Sing Kee Transportation Company Limited (in Creditors’ Voluntary Liquidation) (the “Company) by virtue of Ordinary Resolutions of the Companies passed at Extraordinary General meetings duly convened and held on on 14 April 2023.

Such appointment was confirmed at a subsequent meetings of creditors of the Companies held on the same day.
