Appointment of Liquidators of Great Profit Industrial Limited

CHENG Faat Ting Gary and CHOW Yiu Tai both of Gary Cheng CPA Limited have been appointed as the joint and several liquidators of Great Profit Industrial Limited (in Creditors’ Voluntary Liquidation) (the “Company) by virtue of an Ordinary Resolution of the Company passed in written by the sole member on 13 October 2023.

Such appointment was confirmed at a subsequent meeting of creditors of the Company held on the same day.
